Paid consulting engagements with Senait Consulting Group are governed by a separate written Client Service Agreement between you and Senait Consulting Group, which addresses the scope of services and, as applicable, payment obligations, cancellations and rescheduling, refunds, termination, and other terms specific to that engagement. These website Terms of Use are not the complete agreement governing any paid services.
Financial and Funding Disclaimers
Senait Consulting Group provides strategic funding readiness consulting for a flat advisory fee. We are not a licensed lender or financial broker under the California Financing Law (CFL). We do not distribute capital, negotiate financing terms, or operate on transaction-based commissions or success fees. Furthermore, Senait Consulting Group explicitly states that funding approvals are never guaranteed. All services are strictly designed to improve a business owner’s organizational readiness.
Intellectual Property
Except for third-party materials, licensed content, and platform components, the original content, branding, graphics, text, and other materials created for Senait Consulting Group are owned by or licensed to Senait Consulting Group and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Governing Law
